Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to all bookings made with Leht's Travel & Tours (DTI BN No. 8280563), a Philippine tour operator based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. By reserving a slot, you agree to the terms below.

Payment Schedule

Reservation fee	₱5,000 per pax — non-refundable, secures your slot
Balance	Due 30–45 days before departure
Installments	Accepted over up to 3 months from reservation date

Slots are confirmed on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Unpaid balances after the due date may result in forfeiture of the reservation and slot reassignment.

Cancellations & Refunds

• The ₱5,000 reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it directly secures your slot with our partners (hotels, transport, guides).
• If you cancel after paying your balance, any refundable portion depends on how close to departure the cancellation falls, since many supplier bookings (hotels, land transport, permits) become non-refundable closer to the trip date. We'll always let you know exactly what's recoverable before confirming your cancellation.
• If Leht's Travel cancels a departure (for example, due to insufficient joiners or force majeure), you'll receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to rebook a future departure.
• No-shows on the day of departure are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for any refund.

Rebooking & Transfers

Need to move your slot to another departure date or transfer it to another traveler? Message us as early as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability and any supplier cut-off dates.

What's Included / Not Included

Each tour's own page lists its specific inclusions and exclusions (transport, accommodation, entrance fees, guide fees, etc.). Airfare is not included in any package unless explicitly stated — our tours are land-only, and we can advise on the best flights to book.

Traveler Responsibilities

• You're responsible for having a valid passport (6+ months validity for international trips) and any required visas; we assist with the process where available, but final approval rests with the relevant government agency.
• You're responsible for your own travel insurance, unless otherwise stated for a specific tour.
• Please disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before departure so we can plan accordingly.

Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll always aim to deliver an equivalent experience and will inform the group of any changes as soon as possible.
