Leht's Travel & Tours ("Leht's Travel," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you inquire about, book, or join our tours, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details you give us directly — full name, email address, mobile number, and Facebook/WhatsApp handle — when you message us, fill out a booking form, or reserve a slot.
• Travel details needed to run your tour — emergency contact, passport information (for international departures requiring visas), dietary or medical notes relevant to the trip, and preferred rooming arrangement.
• Payment records for reservation fees, installments, and balance payments, including reference numbers from GCash, bank transfer, or other channels you use to pay us. We do not store your card or bank credentials.
• Photos and videos taken during tours, which may be used for group memory-keeping or promotional purposes as described below.

How We Use Your Information

• To confirm your slot, process payments, and communicate booking updates, itineraries, and pre-departure requirements.
• To coordinate with our local partners, hotels, transport providers, and — where applicable — visa processors on your behalf.
• To send occasional updates about new departures and promos, only if you've opted in (for example, through our newsletter sign-up).
• To improve our tours based on feedback and reviews.

Photos & Social Media

Group photos taken during tours may be posted on our Facebook, TikTok, or website (such as our "Joiner Squad" gallery) to showcase past trips. If you'd prefer not to be featured, just let your tour leader or our office know before or during the trip, and we'll leave you out of any public posts.

Sharing Your Information

We share only what's necessary with our vetted local partners (hotels, land transport, guides) and — for international tours requiring visas — with the relevant consulate or visa-processing service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then archive or delete them.

Your Choices

• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
